SarahAnne Perel attended The School of American Ballet for ten years. Upon graduation, she joined the Corps de Ballet at Los Angeles Ballet, where she performed a vast repertoire ranging from Balanchine’s Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 2 to Frederick Ashton’s Romeo & Juliet. After two seasons, SarahAnne started her studies at Duke University. During her time in school, she continued to perform with Los Angeles Ballet, and also performed with the Duke Dance Program, Carolina Ballet, and the Duke Ballet Company, of which she was the collegiate Artistic Director. The Duke Dance Program awarded her the Clay Taliaferro Award and the Julia Wray Award for exemplary leadership. SarahAnne graduated magna cum laude in May 2020.
