Ella Volpe trained at the Triangle Academy of Dance. She attended summer intensive programs at Carolina Ballet and Boston Ballet. In 2019, Ella joined the School of Carolina Ballet on scholarship as a pre-professional student. In 2021 she was promoted to Apprentice and the year after was promoted to the Corps de Ballet. Some of her favorite Ballets include Raffael's Rhapsody in Blue, The Little Mermaid, and Frankenstein, Robert Weiss’s Romeo & Juliet, and Balanchine’s Four Temperaments and Scotch Symphony. She has worked with Guest Choreographer’s Amy Hall Garner, Gianna Reisen, Julien Guerin, David Fernandez, and Ted Seymour.
