Superintendent of School Operations

Nicholas Fokine began his ballet training with renowned Olga Kostritzky at the School of American Ballet. While training at SAB, Nicholas was interviewed by ABC news magazine 20/20 and by The New York Times. He performed many children’s roles with New York City Ballet, including the “Live From Lincoln Center”  broadcast of Peter Martin’s Romeo and Juliet. He also performed with American Ballet Theater including Fokine’s Petrouchka, one of his great-grandfathers most famous works. Upon his graduation from the School of American Ballet Nicholas joined the Miami City Ballet School where he performed with the company. He joined Carolina Ballet as a Corps de Ballet member in 2016 and assumed his current position as the Superintendent of School Operations in 2022.
