Sofia Rose Peetoom started ballet at the International Dance Academy in Weston, FL when she was three years old. There, she completed the Royal Academy of Dance examinations, and was awarded Distinction for all levels. Sofia Rose has attended summer intensives at the Sarasota Ballet, School of American Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Miami City Ballet. She then continued her training under the direction of Peter Boal, in Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Professional Division.
