Isaiah Salas was born in Seattle Washington, and began ballet training at age 8 through Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Dance Chance program. With training from Le Yin, Kiyon Ross, Jonathan Porretta, and Peter Boal, he grew up through the PNB school until joining their Professional Division Program in 2023 where he performed various roles in Jean-Christophe Maillot’s Romeo et Juliette, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, Prodigal Son, & Four Temperaments. Salas joined the Corps de Ballet of Carolina Ballet in 2025 dancing works by choreographers such as Robert LaFosse, Ted Seymour, Amy Hall Garner, and Carolina Ballet’s artistic director, Zalman Raffael. Salas is a member of the Carolina Ballet Corps de Ballet.
